The 1997 Sercial has a deep, thick color with a subdued nose. Medium-dry and ethereal, the balance gives the nose the appearance of having lower acidity. The palate displays a lovely sweetness for a Sercial. Very high acidity, but still shows a great fruity style. Incredibly long and dry finish.
