Faire La Fete Cremant Brut Rose

Faire La Fete is a French bubbles brand from Limoux in the south of France. The traditional method for making sparkling wine was first documented in France by the monks of Limoux and the original French bubbles came from this region, more than 150 years before sparkling wine was made in Champagne. Faire La Fete French bubbles have all the quality of a fine Champagne but for one-third the price, and half the sugar of Prosecco! Our bubbly is sustainably hand-harvested by the growers of Limoux and produced methode traditionnelle for fine bubbles. The ripeness and quality of Limoux Chardonnay, blended with Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir, gives Faire La Fete a lush flavor without the need for a high dosage, making our bubbly low in sugar (just 7 grams!) as well as gluten free and vegan friendly. Faire La Fete means "to throw a party" in French and to us, any reason is a good reason to celebrate. Tres joy!
