The Silkworm and the Spider: This fable is about quality vs. quantity. We still want to bring the small-side winemaking that we know, to this project. We want to take care and build something that will grow, instead of doing everything the quickest way. It might take more time or money, but it meets our standard of detail, even while it scales. Even in our winemaking, all of our red wines are barrel-aged; there's no tank storage.
